Catrice *Check & Tweed* Baked Quattro & Eye Brow Fixing Gel

Catrice heeft weer een nieuwe limited edition uit! Ditmaal noemt de lijn 'Check & Tweed'. Gebasseerd op het Britse chic & met een geruit patroon centraal voor de verpakking, zien de producten er wel leuk uit. Ik koos twee producten uit de lijn: één van de quattro baked eyeshadows & de eye brow fixing gel. 
Hiernaast bestaat de collectie nog uit drie velvet lip colours, een highlighting powder en vijf nagellakjes.

Catrice has brought out another limited edition! This time it is called 'Check & Tweed'. Based on the British Chic & with a checked pattern for the packaging, the products look cute. I choose two products out of the collection: one of the quattro baked eyeshadows & the eye brow fixing gel.
The collection also has three velvet lip colours, a highlighting powder and five nail polishes.

❤ Quattro Baked Eyeshadow in C02 Town of Crown (€ 4,59)

De doosjes hebben een leuke ruitprint, wat een beetje doet denken aan de stijl van Burberry, leuk! Verder zijn ze gemaakt van een stevig karton. Jammergenoeg had ik de mijne al meteen laten vallen, waardoor de blauwe kleur wat gebroken is. De kleurtjes zijn wel wat poederig (valt het meeste op bij de blauwe tint vind ik), maar ze zijn wel goed gepigmenteerd. Ze hebben ook een lichte parelmoer finish, wat ik altijd mooi vind!
The boxes have a cool check print, which reminds me of the style from Burberry, cool! And the boxes are made from firm cardboard. Unfortunately I dropped mine, so the blue tone is a little bit broken. The colors are a little bit powdery (especially the blue one, I think), but they are really well pigmented. They also have a soft shiny finish, which I always appreciate!

❤ Eye Brown Fixing Gel in C01 Neutrally Brown (€ 3,39)

Hier was ik eigenlijk het meeste naar benieuwd, maar ik moet zeggen dat het een teleurstelling is. Het lijkt een beetje op een mascara door het borsteltje, wat aan de ene kant lange haartjes heeft. Hij heeft een hele lichte kleur, maar als je hem aanbrengt zie je deze eigenlijk praktisch niet. Ook zie ik geen verschil tussen zonder en met de gel. 
I was really curious for this product, but it is actually quite disappointing. It looks a little bit like a mascara because of the brush, which has longer hairs at one side. It also has a really light color, but when it is applied you don't notice it. I also don't see any difference between with the gel and without.

Catrice *Metallure* Lipstick & Eyeshadow!

De nieuwe "Metallure" limited editie van Catricie ziet er weer prachtig uit! De collectie bestaat uit drie oogschaduws, een mascara liner & topper, een prachtige bronzer, drie lipsticks en vijf nagelakjes. Allemaal hebben ze een mooi marmeren, metallic effect.

The new "Metallure" limited edition by Catrice is looking gorgeous again! The collection exists of three eyeshadows, a mascara liner & topper, a gorgeous bronzer, three lipsticks and five nailpolishes.

They all have a beautiful marble, metallic finish.

❤ Metallic Marbled Eye Shadow in C02 Metalfusion (€ 3,59)

Hoe leuk ziet deze oogschaduw er uit? Dit is de kleur C02 Metalfusion en heeft een marble effect van zwart en goud. Je kan beide kleuren apart gebruiken, maar dit kan wat lastiger worden. Ik vind ook dat je het mooiste effect krijgt als je ze samen gebruikt. Ze glanzen echt enorm, wat je een glamourous look geeft!

How cute does this eye shadow look? This is the color C02 Metalfusion and it has a marble effect with the colors black and gold. You can use both colors on its own, but this can get a little tricky. The easiest is to use both colors together and I also find the effect much nicer this way. They shine alot, which will give you a glamorous look!

❤ Lip Colour in C03 Alluring Red (€ 3,99)

Om heel eerlijk te zijn, wat me eerst en vooral aantrok aan deze lipstick is de verpakking. Het roos gouden omhulsel ziet er gewoon ah-mazing uit! Ik koos de kleur C03 Alluring Red omdat ik niet zoveel roden lipsticks heb. De lipsticks zijn romig en zijn goed gepigmenteerd. Ik ben fan!

To be really honest, what attracted me the most to these lipsticks is their packaging. The rose gold packaging look simply ah-mazing! I choose the color C03 Alluring Red because I don't own that many red lipsticks. The lipsticks are creamy and well pigmented. I'm a fan!

Wat betreft de oogschaduw palettes ben ik een echte Sleek addict! Telkens er een nieuwe uitkomt, my heart skips a beat - om even te overdrijven. 

Dit nieuwe palette is de arabian nights smoke & shadows limited editie. De kleuren passen echt perfect binnen dit thema en het doet me een beetje aan Aladin terugdenken!

As far as eyeshadow palettes, I am a Sleek addict! Every time they come out with a new one, my heart skips a beat - to exaggerate a little bit.

This newest palette is the arabian nights smoke & shadows limited edition. The colors really fit the theme and it reminds me a little bit about Aladin!

❤ Verpakking - Packaging

Het oogschaduw palette komt in de bekende zwarte, matte verpakking. En dan komt het palette ook nog eens in een kartonnen doosjes, deze zien er ook altijd leuk uit!
The eyeshadow palette comes in the known black, matte packaging. And the the palette also comes in a cardboard box, which always looks amazing!

❤ Kleuren - Colors

Zoals ik al eerder zei vind ik de kleuren perfect passen rond het thema 'Arabian nights'. Je krijgt een leuke afwisseling tussen shimmer kleurtjes en meer mattere tinten. 

As I said before, I think these colors fit perfectly around the theme 'Arabian nights'. You get a nice mixture between shimmer colors and more matte tones.

Catrice 'Team Blue' Nail Polish!

Jaja, het is weer zover, er is een nieuwe limited editie van Catrice beschikbaar in het Kruidvat! Ditmaal heet ze 'Carnival of Colors' - En ze is dan ook echt heel kleurrijk! Tot nu toe heb ik enkel dit nagellakje gekocht, maar de oogschaduws zitten ook nog in m'n gedachten, dus daarvoor ga ik misschien nog eens terug.

Yes, it is time again, there is a new limited edition by Catrice available at Kruidvat! This time it is called 'Carnival of Colors' - and she IS really colorful! So far I have only bought this nail polish, but the eyeshadows are still in my thoughts, so I might go back for them.

C01 Team Blue

In totaal bevat deze limited editie 7 verschillende kleuren nagellak. Ik koos voor deze prachtige blauwe kleur omdat deze me het meeste aansprak van de 7. 

Wat ik het leukste aan de limited edities vind, is dat ze altijd iets speciaals aan de verpakking doen. En deze keer zijn het schattige ananassen! I love!

In total there are 7 different colors of nail polish in the limited edition. I only choose this beautiful blue color because that was the one I liked the most of all 7.

What I love about the limited editions, is that they always do something special with the packaging. Like this time it are these cute pineapples! I love!

Met twee laagjes krijg je deze prachtige, blauwe kleur. Hij bevat geen shimmer of glittertjes, wat ook eens fijn is!

With two layers you will get this gorgeous, blue color. It doesn't have shimmer or glitters to it, which is nice!

Catrice 'Haute Future' Blush Pearls!

Zien deze blush pearls er niet prachtig uit? Ze komen uit de nieuwste limited editie van Catrice "Haute Future". En dit is eigenlijk het enigste product dat me deze keer  aansprak!

Don't these blush pearls look amazing? They are from the newest limited edition from Catrice called "Haute Future". And this is actually the only product I wanted to buy this time!

Eerst en vooral is de verpakking echt enorm! Maar daar hou ik soms wel van. De kleur Co1 iROSEdescent heeft lichtroze pareltjes en af en toe zie je een ietwat donkerdere parel ertussen. Als je hem aanbrengt, krijg je mooie lichtroze wangetjes. Maar pas op dat je er niet teveel van aanbrengt, hij kan er snel onnatuurlijk uitzien vind ik! De blush heeft een zachte structuur, wat wel aangenaam aanvoelt.

First off all this packaging is huge! But I like this sometimes. The color Co1 iROSEdescent has light pink pearls and you can see a few darker ones as well. When you apply him you get nice light pink cheeks. However, be careful to not apply too much because I find it can look unnatural quickly! The blush has a soft structure, which feels really pleasant.

Eerlijk gezegd ben ik meer enthousiaster over het doosje en hoe de blush eruit ziet, dan de blush zelf. 

To be honest, I'm more enthusiast about the box and how the blush looks like, than the blush itself.

Essence *Cookies & Cream* Shimmer Pearls!

Cookies & cream is de nieuwste limited edition van Essence. De producten hebben nudetinten en zien er schattig uit. Het product dat mij het meeste aansprak, is deze shimmer pearls! 

Cookies & cream is the newest limited edition by Essence. The products have nude tones and look adorable. The products that I liked the most, are the shimmer pearls!

De glanzende parels hebben drie verschillende kleuren: perzik, parelmoer & een gouden kleur. Ze geven ook een mooie subtiele kleur af, dat perfect is om als highlighter te gebruiken. Maar je zou ze eventueel ook als oogschaduw kunnen gebruiken als je wilt.

The shiny pearls have three different colors: peach, pearl & a golden color. They give a nice subtle color, which is perfect to use as a highlighter. But if you want you could use them as an eye shadow as well.

Zoals je ziet, geven ze vooral een mooie glow. De Cookies & cream trend editie bevat nog een aantal andere producten: oogschaduws, oogpotloden, blushes, lipglosses, nagellak, een vijl en een handcréme met koekjesgeur.

As you can see, they mostly give a glow. The Cookies & cream trend edition contains other products as well: eye shadows, eye pencils, blushes, lipglosses, nail polish, a file and a handcream with cookies scent!

Catrice Gradiation Blush!

Er is weer een nieuwe limited editie van Catrice uit genaamd Crème Fresh. Geïnspireerd door de sixties met schattige pastelkleurtjes. Perfect voor lente dus!

There is a new limited edition out from Catrice named Crème Fresh. Inspired by the sixties with cute pastel colors. So perfect for spring!

De collectie bevat één gradiation blush in de kleur C01 Waterloo Sunrise. 

The collection has one gradiation blush in the color C01 Waterloo Sunrise.

De blush heeft een leuk ombré effect van een lichtroze kleur naar een meer framboos roze. Hij heeft een zachte textuur maar hij is ook erg poederig, wat vervelend kan zijn.

The blush has a nice ombré effect going from a light pink color to a more raspberry pink. It has a soft texture but is also very powdery, which can be a little bit annoying.

De pigmentatie daarentegen is dan weer wel super! Tesamen geven de kleuren een leuke, natuurlijke roze tint aan je wangen!

The pigmentation on the other hand is amazing! Together these colors give a nice, natural pink color to your cheeks!
