Blogmas Day 3 ❅ My Christmas Decorations!

Vorige zondag decoreerde ik het huis al wat voor Kerstmis. Ik ga sowieso nog wat meer decoreren of wat veranderen, maar hier kan je al een kijkje nemen!

Last Sunday I decorated the house for Christmas. For sure I'm gonna decorate some more or change some things, but here you can already take a look!

LifeDiary#04: Halloween!

Het was de bedoeling dat ik gisteren ook nog iets zou posten, maar dit is er niet meer van gekomen. Na werk ging ik een vriendin ophalen om samen met haar wat voor te bereiden en versieren voor het Halloween feestje. Rond 6u waren we hiermee klaar en namen we volop de tijd om ons aan te kleden en onze make-up aan te brengen. Hieronder zie je een aantal foto's met m'n vrienden en van de decoraties.

I meant to post something yesterday as well, but I didn't have the time. After work I picked up a friend to prepare and decorate for the Halloween party together. Around 6 p.m. we were done and we took our time to get ready and do our make-up. Below you can see a couple of picture with my friends and a few decorations.

 

My make-up room: Little corners!

De laatste tijd ben ik echt verslaafd aan het zoeken van decoratie ideetjes (vooral op pinterest ❤). Het begon ook te kriebelen om m'n make-up room eens anders te zetten en beter te decoreren (zo erg dat ik er niet van in slaap geraakte). Ik ben er nog niet 100% klaar mee, maar toch wou ik al een paar foto's delen met jullie. 

Lately, I have been addicted to searching images of decoration ideas (especially on pinterest ❤). So I really really wanted to change up my make-up room and decorate it better (so bad I couldn't sleep). I'm not 100% done with it, but I already wanted to share a couple of pictures with you guys.

Deze 'boom' kocht ik in Blokker (normaal € 8,99 maar ik betaalde slechts € 5,99) en gebruik ik om m'n favoriete ringen aan te hangen. Ik vond hem zo schattig, zeker met die vogeltjes die op de takken zitten.

I bought this 'tree' in Blokker (normally it costs € 8,99 but I only payed € 5,99) and I use it to hang my favorite rings on. I thought it was so cute, especially with the little birds sitting on the branches.

M'n make-up brushes is iets wat ik nog wil veranderen eigelijk. Vooral het blauwe zand dan (misschien is het je al opgevallen dat ik voor wit & roze ga nu in m'n kamer). En om het wat gezelliger te maken, mag een kaars natuurlijk niet ontbreken!

I still want to change something about my make-up brushes. In particular the blue sand (maybe you already noticed I'm going for white & pink in my room now). And to make it a little bit more cosy, a candle can't be forgotten!

Dit kastje kocht ik in Action (€ 4,99) en ik vond het perfect passen in m'n kamer. Momenteel zit er nog niet veel in, enkel de foundation & bb cream dat ik het meeste gebruik. 

I bought this little cabinet (€ 4,99) at Action and I thought it would look perfect in my room. At the moment there's not much in it, only the foundation & bb cream I use the most.

Op dit schaaltje hou ik een paar oorbellen, Avene's Eau thermal spray en een handgel en toner van The Body Shop.

On this plate I mainly keep a pair of earrings, Avene's Eau thermal spray and a hand cleanse gel and toner from The Body Shop.

En tenslotte, m'n bakje met m'n daily make-up producten! Ernaast zie je ook nog het oogschaduw palette dat ik momenteel gebruik (Sleek's Garden of Eve) en een blush & bronzer duo van e.l.f.!

And lastly, my daily make-up products! Next to it you also see the eyeshadow palette I currently using the most (Sleek's Garden of Eve) and a blush & bronzer duo by e.l.f.!

Valentine DIY #02: Cupid's Arrows

Iets wat gewoon bij Valentijn hoort is Cupido. Ik vond dit leuke potje in de Action en vond het gewoon perfect om Cupido's pijlen erin te stoppen!

Something that just matches with Valentine is Cupido. I found this cute jar in Action and I thought it would be perfect to put Cupid's arrows inside!

💘 Wat je nodig hebt: Tape, Lijm, Satéstokjes, Vilt (Roze & rode) en witte veren.

💘 What you will need: Tape, Glue, Sticks, Felt (Pink & Red) and white feathers.

Stap 1: Knip hartjes uit de vilt en plak deze aan de satéstok.

Het is het makkelijkste om één hartje te tekenen en uit te knippen. Gebruik hierna dit hartje om alle andere te tekenen op de vilt. Zo hebben ze allemaal dezelfde grootte. 

Wanneer je alle hartjes geknipt hebt, kan je ze met de lijm op elkaar plakken en hiertussen het satéstokje houden.

Step 1: Cut heart from the felt and glue them to the stick.

It is the easiest to draw one heart first and cut this one out. Then use this heart to draw all the other hearts. This way they all are the same size.

When you cut out all the hearts, you can glue them together and hold the stick in between.

Stap 2: Tape de veren aan het andere uiteinde van de satéstokjes.

Je kan er ook voor kiezen om uit de vilt het uiteinde voor de pijl te knippen, maar ik vond het effect van een veer leuker. Gebruik de tape om de veer vast te plakken. 

Step 2: Tape the feather to the other side from the stick.

You can also choose to cute the ends of the arrow out of the felt, but I found the effect of a feather much nicer. Use the tape to stick the feather to the stick.

En dit is het eindresultaat!

Blogmas Day 2: Christmas Decorating

Blogmas Dag 2! Vandaag was ik een dagje thuis - Maar ik was druk bezig met kuisen, boodschappen doen & kerst decoratie! Daarom wou ik graag een paar foto's hiervan met jullie delen! Ik heb zo nog het gevoel dat ik nog niet volledig klaar ben met decoreren, maar toch - Lol.

Blogmas Day 2! I was home all day today - But was busy cleaning, doing groceries & decorating the house for Christmas! Therefor I really wanted to share some pictures with you guys! But I still feel like I'm not completely done decorating - Lol.

 

Ik ben echt blij hoe alles eruit ziet nu! Ik kies altijd voor de kleuren rood & goud voor kerst omdat het gewoon een klassieker is en ik hou ervan! Dit jaar wou ik ook graag een *Winter Wonderland* maken, en ik ben er helemaal verliefd op. Het was eigenlijk de bedoeling dat de ijsbeer in de pot zou komen, maar hij was een beetje te groot!

I'm really happy with the way things turned out! For colour I always go for red & gold because it's classic and I love it! But this year I wanted to create a little *Winter Wonderland*, which I'm absolutely in love with. I intented to put the polar bear in the yar at first, but he turned out a little bit too big!
