FoodDiary #03: Dinner with Friends!

Vorige week donderdag hadden we een etentje met vrienden. Hier toon ik jullie wat ik klaarmaakte! 

Last week Thursday a couple of friends came over for dinner. So here I show you guys what I made!

Wortelsoep met Gember. Echt superlekker! Het was enkel iets te pikant (m'n vriend had er een peper bijgedaan, wat normaal niet moet). Als decoratie gebruikte ik wat kokosroom & blaadjes koriander.

Carot soup with ginger. Really amazing! I found it a little bit too spicy (my boyfriend threw in a pepper, which you normally don't have to). To decorate the plate I used coconut cream and cilantro leaves.

Enchiladas met kerstomaten slaatje. Dit is één van m'n lievelingsgerechten en het is nog eens makkelijk en snel te maken. Ik gebruik altijd rundsgehakt als vulling en om het bord toch ietwat op te vullen deed ik er een klein kerstomaten slaatje bij.

Enchiladas with cherry tomatoes salad. This is one of my favorite dishes and it is easy and quick to make yourself. I always use beef as filling and to fill up the plate a little bit more I added a little cherry tomato salad.

Aardbeienpudding. Ik vond dit receptje via Foodgloss op Youtube. Eerlijk gezegd is dit niet zo mijn ding! Ik decoreerde met aardbeien en blauwe bessen.

Strawberry pudding. I found this recipe through Foodgloss on Youtube. To be honest, this isn't really my kind of dessert! I decorated with strawberries and blueberries.

Catrice 'Haute Future' Blush Pearls!

Zien deze blush pearls er niet prachtig uit? Ze komen uit de nieuwste limited editie van Catrice "Haute Future". En dit is eigenlijk het enigste product dat me deze keer  aansprak!

Don't these blush pearls look amazing? They are from the newest limited edition from Catrice called "Haute Future". And this is actually the only product I wanted to buy this time!

Eerst en vooral is de verpakking echt enorm! Maar daar hou ik soms wel van. De kleur Co1 iROSEdescent heeft lichtroze pareltjes en af en toe zie je een ietwat donkerdere parel ertussen. Als je hem aanbrengt, krijg je mooie lichtroze wangetjes. Maar pas op dat je er niet teveel van aanbrengt, hij kan er snel onnatuurlijk uitzien vind ik! De blush heeft een zachte structuur, wat wel aangenaam aanvoelt.

First off all this packaging is huge! But I like this sometimes. The color Co1 iROSEdescent has light pink pearls and you can see a few darker ones as well. When you apply him you get nice light pink cheeks. However, be careful to not apply too much because I find it can look unnatural quickly! The blush has a soft structure, which feels really pleasant.

Eerlijk gezegd ben ik meer enthousiaster over het doosje en hoe de blush eruit ziet, dan de blush zelf. 

To be honest, I'm more enthusiast about the box and how the blush looks like, than the blush itself.

52 Week Money Challenge!

Laatst was ik m'n laptop een beetje aan het opkuisen en kwam ik onderstaande tabel tegen. Het leek me een super idee om zelf te proberen! 

Last week I was cleaning up my laptop and I saw the next table. It seemed an awesome idea to try out myself!

Elke week zet je dus wat geld opzij en elke week word het bedrag verhoogd met €1. Zo spaar je bv. in week 20 €20 en in week 21 €21. Het is eigenlijk dus heel simpel! Na 52 weken zou je zo'n € 1378 bij elkaar hebben gespaard. Ik denk dat de eerste weken easy zullen zijn, maar de laatste weken toch wat moeilijker. Maar ik hou jullie up-to-date!

Every week you have to keep some money aside and every week amount will be raised with €1. For example, in week 20 you have to save €20 and in week 21 you save €21. So it is very easy really! I think the first weeks will be easy but the last ones will be a bit more difficult. But I will keep you up-to-date!
