HalloNails #03: Itsy Bitsy Spider

Happy halloween iedereen! Hier is dan mijn laatste nailart voor HalloNails! Ik moet nog een beetje werken aan mijn tekenkunsten (vooral cirkels zijn niet zo makkelijk) maar ik hoop dat jullie deze nailart toch leuk vinden!

Happy Halloween everyone! Here is my last nailart for HalloNails! I have to work a little bit on my drawing skills (especially circles are so difficult) but I hope you like this nailart anyways!

Stap 1: Lak al je nagels in het zwart, behalve één in het wit.
Stap 2: Met een witte nail striper teken je drie lijnen op je zwarte nagels. Ik koos ervoor om ze telkens in een verschillende hoek te laten beginnen omdat ik dit effect leuker vond. 
Stap 3: Hierna ga je opnieuw met de witte nailstriper de lijnen verbinden met elkaar, zodat je de spin haar web maakt.
Stap 4: Deze stap vond ik eigenlijk het moeilijkste lol! Met een zwarte nailstraiper, teken je een zwarte bol op je witte nagel. Dit word het lichaampje van de spin!
Stap 5: Teken tenslotte de spin haar pootjes, een draadje en twee kleine witte oogjes.

I USED // H&M Black & White nail striper - Maybelline Blackout - NYC Blanco

Step 1: Paint all nails black except one in white.
Step 2: With a white nailstriper, draw three lines on the black nails. I choose to start them in a different corner every time, because I liked the effect better.
Step 3: Again with the white nailstriper, connect all lines together, so you create the spider's web.
Step 4: This step I found to be very tricky lol! With a black nail striper, draw a black dot on the white nail. This will be the spider's body! 
Step 5: Draw the spiders legs, a thread and two little white eyes.

HalloNails #02: Pumpkin Stitches

Hey iedereen! Hier is mijn tweede halloween nailart! Hopelijk vinden jullie deze ook leuk!

Hey guys! Here is my second Halloween nailart! Hope you like it!

 

Stap 1: Kies je favoriete nude nagellak en een oranje nagellak. Breng twee laagjes van de oranje kleur aan op je ringvinger. Op je andere vingers breng je twee laagjes van de nude kleur aan.

Stap 2: Met de oranje nagellak teken je een lijn op de nude kleur. Je moet met andere woorden te werk gaan zoals je een french manicure zou doen. Het is niet erg als je lijn niet helemaal recht is omdat er nog een kleur onder komt.

Stap 3: Met een zwarte nailart striper teken je een dunner lijntje onder de oranje tip. Hiervoor kan je eventueel plakband gebruiken zodat je zeker bent dat je lijn recht is. Ik bracht de lijn zonder hulpmiddel aan. Hierna ga je nog kleine lijntjes op de grote lijn aanbrengen zodat je de look van littekens krijgt.

Stap 4: Je kan eigenlijk zelf beslissen wat voor een pompoen je tekent. Ik koos ervoor om twee driehoekjes als ogen te tekenen, twee stipjes als neus, en een 'litteken' als mond. Hierna nam ik nog even mijn witte nailart striper om twee puntjes aan te brengen op de ogen.

Stap 5: Breng tenslotte je favoriete topcoat aan en je bent klaar!

Ik maakte gebruik van: H&M nailart striper in White & Black - Essie Sand Tropez - Essence Flashy Pumpkin - Barry M Basecoat, topcoat & nail hardener

Step 1: Choose your favourite nude nailpolish and an orange nailpolish. Apply two coats of the orange colour on your ringfinger. On the other fingers you apply two coats of the nude colour.

 Step 2 : With you orange nailpolish you draw a line on the nude colour. Kind of like your creating a french manicure. It's not a problem the line is not completely straight. You will go under it with a black liner anyways.

Step 3: With a black nailart striper you paint a line under the orange colour. If you want you can use tape to create a straight line, but I just did it without any help. After you draw the line, you draw tiny lines on your finger to create the stitch effect.

Step 4: You can choose any way how you want your pumpkin finger to look like. I choose to draw two triangles as eyes, two dots as a nose, and a straight line with stitches as a mouth. To draw this on I used the same black nailart striper. To finish it off you put two white dots on the pumpkin's eyes.

Step 5: Apply your favourite topcoat and you're done!

HalloNails #01: Vampire Slayer

Hier is mijn eerste Halloween Nailart. Hopelijk vinden jullie het leuk en er zullen er nog meer komen!

So here is my first Halloween Nailart. Hope you guys like it and more will come soon!

 

Stap 1: Breng twee laagjes aan van de kleur dat jij kiest als basis. Ik koos voor een nude kleurtje, maar je kan ook bv. wit gebruiken.

Stap 2: Knip een rietje in twee and hou hem even in de rode nagellak. Om de bloed spetters te creëeren, blaas je met het rietje over je nagel. Zorg er voor dat je wel krachtig blaast. Ook is het niet erg dat het er niet netjes uitziet of dat je grotere bloed spetters hebt.

Stap 3: Gebruik wat dissolvant om het teveel aan rode nagellak op je vinger te verwijderen.

Stap 4: De accentnagel heeft vampierentanden en twee druppels bloed. Om de vampierentanden te maken heb je een witte nail art liner nodig. Het makkelijkste is om eerst de twee lange lijnen te tekenen, en hiertussen dan kortere lijnen te tekenen. Hierna plaats je gewoon nog twee puntjes van de rode nagellak onder één van de tanden. (Dit kan je doen met een dotting tool, een tandenstoker of simpelweg met het nagellakborsteltje zelf).

Stap 5: Breng een topcoat aan en je halloween nagels zijn af!

Nagellak dat ik gebruikte: Essie Sand Tropez - Wonders Cherry - H&M Nail art liner White

Step 1: Apply two coats of the colour you choose to be the base coat. I choose for a nude colour, but you can also go for a white.

Step 2: Cut a straw in half and hold it in the red nailpolish. To create the blood splatter effect, all you have to do is with one short and strong blow get the nailpolish on your nail. Remember that it doesn't matter it looks messy or you have bigger chunks of red on your nail.

Step 3: Use some nailpolish remover to remove any red nailpolish on your fingers.  

Step 4: The accent nail has vampire teeth and two drops of blood. To create the vampire teeth you need a white nail art liner. All you have to do is draw two longer 'lines' on your finger. The spaces between you draw shorter lines. As last you apply two drops of red nailpolish under the teeth. (here for you can use a dotting tool, a toothpick or simply the nailpolish brush)

Step 5: Apply a topcoat and you halloween nails are finished!

Bomb Cosmetics Flight of the Frangipani Bath Blaster

Bomb Cosmetics maken zulke schattige bruisballen en dergelijke. Ze maken er zelfs die er net als cupcakes en zelfs whoopie pies uitzien. Maar vandaag ging ik voor deze bath blaster Flight of the Frangipani.

Bomb Cosmetics always have the cutest bath bombs. They even make bath bomb who look just like cupcakes and even whoopie pies. But today I went for the bath blaster called Flight of the Frangipani.

Deze bath blaster heeft een barbieroze kleur met een witte bloem in het midden. De bloem heeft op zijn beurt verschillende gekleurde bolletjes. Hij geeft je water een mooi roze kleur en al snel zie je de gekleurde bolletjes drijven in het water. Maar na een tijdje zie je ze eigenlijk niet meer.

Zoals de naam het al zegt heeft deze bath blaster een frangipannengeur. Maar hij bevat ook geuren van pure patchouli en salie oliën. Hiernaast bevat hij noten van net afgereden gras, anjer, jasmijn en sappige druiven. In z'n hart heeft hij geuren van ylang ylang, tuberoos, oranjebloesem en pittige kruidnagel met een beetje, muskus, violet en de klassieke roos.

Een hele hoop verschillende geuren en oliën om eigenlijk maar tot één conclusie te komen en dat is dat hij zo'n lekkere en relaxe geur heeft!

This bath blaster has a barbie pink colour with a white flower in the middle. The flower has different coloured dots on it as well. It will just turn your water pink and soon you will see those coloured dots floating around. But after a while I didn't notice them anymore.

As the name already gave a suspicion this bath blaster has a frangipani fragrance with pure patchouli and clare sage oils. Besides this, it also has notes of freshly cut grass, carnations, jasmin and juicy grapes. 

In its heart it contains fragrances of ylang ylang, tuberose, orange-blossom and spicy clove with a trail of musks, violet and classic rose.

Now I named all the fragrances it contains, but basically it comes to one sentence, and that is that it just has an amazing and relaxing scent!

Catrice *LE Eve In Bloom* Soft Duo Eyeshadow

Het is misschien een beetje laat om deze soft duo eyeshadow nog te tonen omdat hij deel uitmaakt van de limited editie 'Eve in Bloom' dat enkel tot half oktober beschikbaar is. Maar omdat hij toch één van m'n favorietjes is geworden, besloot ik om hem toch te delen met jullie.

Maybe it is a little bit late to still show you this soft duo eyeshadow because it is part of the limited edition 'Eve in Bloom' that is only available till half October. But since it has become one of my favourites I just had to share it.

Er zijn drie kleuren beschikbaar: C01 Bloomynous, C02 Beauty Bouquet and C03 Bed Of Flowers. Ik koos enkel de tweede kleur Beauty Bouquet.

Ik vind deze kleuren echt zo amazing! De linkse kleur heeft een prachtige roos gouden kleurtje en de rechtse heeft dan weer een donkere bessen / burgundy kleur. De kleuren zien er op zichzelf al prachtig uit, maar wanneer je ze combineert in een ooglook zijn ze gewoon zo mooi. 

De pigmentatie is ook heel goed. En zoals de naam het al zelf zegt, ze geven je een mooie zachte ooglook dat perfect is voor een everyday makeup look.

There are three colours available: C01 Bloomynous, C02 Beauty Bouquet and C03 Bed Of Flowers. I only choose to buy the second colour Beauty Bouquet. 

I think these colours are so amazing! The left colour has a lovely rose golden colour and the one on the right has more a berry / burgundy colour. These colours look amazing on there own, but when they are combined they look absolutely stunning. 

The pigmentation is also really good. Like the name itself says, it gives you a beautiful soft eyelook which I love for my everyday makeup.
