Blogmas Day 7 - December's Birchbox!

Rond deze tijd van het jaar komen de leukste beauty boxen vind ik. Ze doen altijd iets specialer, of geven een extratje. Toen ik deze maand m'n Birchbox opende was ik aangenaam verrast, alle producten zitten in een leuk make-uptasje! 

I think that around this time of the year the nicest beauty boxes come out. They always do something special, or give an extra. When I opened this month's Birchbox I was pleasantly surprised, all products were in this cute make-up bag.

❤ Sampar 'Dry Cleansing' - 50ml (Full Size: 100ml - € 19)

Deze cleanser doet me een beetje denken aan de Nivea Aqua Effect cleansing mousse. Hij veranderd in een foam van zodra hij uit het flesje komt, heeft een lekkere subtiele geur en voelt heerlijk en zacht aan op de huid.

This cleanser reminds me a bit of the Nivea Aqua Effect cleansing mousse. It changes into a foam from when it comes out of the bottle, has a nice and subtle scent and feels good and soft on the skin.

❤ Huygens 'Le gommage visage' - 10ml (Full Size: 50ml - € 19,90)

iLove de geur van de producten van Huygens! Heerlijk fris! Dit sample'tje is een scrub voor het gezicht en ik heb het gevoel dat ik ook deze weer fantastisch ga vinden.

iLove the scents from the Huygens products! Nice and fresh! This sample is a face scrub and I have the feeling I am gonna love this one also!

❤ Kevin.Murphy 'Angel Wash' - 40ml (Full Size: 250ml - € 25,90)

Ik ben verliefd op dit product! Het flesje, de kleur van de shampoo, de geur, de naam - alles! Bovendien is deze voor fijn en gekleurd haar. Say what? Fijn EN gekleurd haar? Yesh, please!

I am in love with this product! The bottle, the color of the shampoo, its scent, its name - everything! And this one is for thin and colored hair. Say what? Thin AND colored hair? Yesh, please!

❤ Modelco 'Power Lash Mascara' - 5g (Full Size: 10g - € 17)

Een mascara is altijd leuk meegenomen vind ik! Ik hou van mascara's die lengte en volume geven, dus ik hoop dat deze dit zal doen!

Getting a mascara is always awesome! I love mascara's who give length as well as volume, so I hope this one will do that!

❤ Eyeko 'Fat Eye Stick- Satin' - 4g

Het laatste in de Birchbox is deze Fat Eye Stick van Eyeko. Ik wilde al zolang Eyeko uitproberen, en nu heb ik de kans ertoe! En laat ik nog even juist geluk hebben dat de kleur van deze stick een kleur is dat ik dagelijks zou dragen!

The last thing in the Birchbox is this Fat Eye Stick from Eyeko. I wanted to try out Eyeko for the longest time, and now I got the chance to do it! And let it also just be a color I would wear everyday!

Birchbox October 2014!

Birchbox was samen met de Glossy box de eerste beautyboxen dat ik kende, maar ze waren enkel verkrijgbaar in Amerika & Groot Britannië. Ik spreek dan wel over zo'n 3 à 4 jaar terug. Sinds kort kan je de Birchbox ook in België krijgen, yay! Je moet wel een beetje een omweg maken en bestellen via de Franse site http://birchbox.fr/. Je moet dus wel je beste Frans bovenhalen wat de site is helemaal in het Frans alsook het menutje dat je krijgt als je hem besteld.
Birchbox was, together with the Glossy box, the first beauty boxes I knew, but they were only available in America & England. I am speaking about 3 to 4 years ago.
But now you can finally get Birchbox in Belgium as well, yay! You do have to make a little bit of a detour and other through the French site http://birchbox.fr/. So you have to know a bit of French because everything, like the site and menu in the box, is in French.

De Birchbox is eigenlijk een redelijk klein doosje. De producten worden samengehouden in een zakje, leuk! Ook krijg je een menu erbij waarop alle producten vermeld staan met de nodige uitleg, weliswaar in het Frans! 

The Birchbox is actually a really small box. The products are held together in a little bag, cute! You also get a menu with all the products names on it and a little bit of information, but it is in French!

❤ Huygens 'Bodymilk Verveine d'Huygens' - 37ml (Full Size: 250ml - € 22,40)

Huygens is een typisch Frans merk, waar ik al vaag eens iets van had gehoord. Leuk om er eens een product van uit te proberen dus. En deze bodymelk ruikt echt heerlijk! Hij ruikt lekker fris en lijkt een kalmerende geur te hebben.

Huygens is  a typically French brand, I vaguely heard about this brand before. Awesome to try out a product from it. And this body milk has such an amazing scent! It has a fresh scent and it seems to be a calming scent as well. 

❤ Ekos 'Creamy Handbalm' - 75g - € 15,00

Een handcréme, perfect voor het komende koude weer! Deze heeft dan ook een heerlijke geur en voelt lekker dik en hydraterend aan. Super!

A handcream, perfect for the upcoming cold weather! And it has also an amazing scent, feels nicely thick and moisturizing! Love it!

❤ Number 4 'Super Comb Prep & Protect' - 30ml (FS: 200ml - € 23,00)

Een haarproduct... Als je me kent, weet je dat ik hier niet echt into ben. Maar deze vind ik wel leuk omdat hij in een spray komt. Verder zou de spray je haar sterker maken en herstellen, net wat ik nodig heb!  Bovendien bevat hij ook een instant detangling, score!

A hairproduct... If you know me, you would know I'm not that into this. But this one I do like because it is a spray. And it would make your hair stronger and repair it, just what I need! And it also is an instant detangler, score!

❤ The Balm 'Stainiac in Beauty Queen' -1,2ml (FS: 8,5g - € 13,50)

Een stain is altijd fijn omdat hij een mooie kleur achterlaat op de lippen (of wangen). Deze voelde in eerste instantie echt super aan, wanneer hij droog was voelde je hem niet meer zitten. Maar na een tijdje begonnen mijn lippen uitdrogend aan te voelen. Niet zo fijn dus!

A stain is always nice because it leaves a pretty color on the lips (or cheeks). This one felt amazing at first, when it had dried you didn't feel it at all. But after a little bit longer my lips started to feel too dry. Not so great! 

❤ Lollipops 'Nailpolish in Voyage à Paris' - 12ml - € 8,90

Een nagellak! Lollipops was een onbekend merk voor me, leuke naam wel! Deze nagellak heeft ook een mooie rode kleur en is redelijk makkelijk aan te brengen.

A nailpolish! Lollipops was an unknown brand to me, but I do like its name! This nailpolish has a pretty red color and is rather easy to apply.
