1. Favorite Christmas movie?

Ik heb al een post gedaan over m'n favoriete kerstfilms op Blogmas Dag 3. Maar m'n alltime favorite blijft toch Elf!

2. Favorite Christmas Color?

Ik hou van de combinatie van rood en goud voor kerst! Dit jaar doe ik er ook wat paars - donker roos- wit bij! 

I love the combination of gold and red for Christmas! This year I added some purple - dark pink - white to my colours.

3. Stayin in pjs or dress up for Christmas?

Dress up!

4. Do you open your present on Christmas or Christmas eve?

Christmas eve.

5. Have you ever built a ginger bread house? 

Nee, maar ik wil het wel eens doen!

No, but I really want to built one!

Not really...

7. Favorite Christmas smell?

Vanilla with caramell and cranberries!

8. Favorite Christmas treat or meal?

Candy canes!

Obviously candy cane.

Blogmas Day 8: XmasNails - Frosty The Snowman

Net zoals ik met Halloween wat nailart tutorials op m'n blog plaatste, wou ik er ook graag een paar maken die met kerst te maken hebben. Ik zag een foto op Pinterest van deze *Frosty The Snowman* nailart, en moest deze gewoon uitproberen. Dus hier is het resultaat!

Just like my Halloween nailart tutorials that I shared with you guys, I wanted to do some Christmas inspired ones as well. I saw a picture on Pinterest from this *Frosty The Snowman* nailart and just had to try it out myself. So here is the result!

Wat ik gebruikte/What I used: Barry M Base Coat, Top Coat & Nail Hardener - Maybelline Color Show Nailpolish in Blackout - NYC Nailpolish in All of the lights - H&M Nailpolish in Sparkling Silver - Essence Nail polish corrector pencil - Claire's Nail Brush - Essence Dotting Tool.

Je kan echt kiezen welke kleuren je gebruikt. Maar ik vond de combinatie van paars met zilver wel leuk voor deze nailart.

You can use any colors you like. But I just liked the combination of purple & silver for this nailart.

Het eerste wat je moet doen is twee laagjes aanbrengen van de kleuren nagelak dat je koos. Gebruik een verschillende kleur voor je ringvinger! Dit zal onze sneeuwman worden.

First you have to apply two coats of the color nailpolish you will use. Use a different color for your ringfinger! This one will become our snowman.

Hierna maakte ik de sneeuwman. Dit vond ik eigenlijk het makkelijkste. Je neemt je dotting tool en zwarte nagellak en zet gewoon een paar dotjes, zodat je de ogen en mond maakt. Hierna neem je dezelfde kleur dat je gebruikte op je andere nagels en zet je nogmaals een dot voor de neus. Dan nam ik een nailbrush en trok de dot verder zodat hij op een punt uitkwam.

Next I made the snowman. This is actually the easiest part. With your dotting tool and a black nailpolish you simply apply some dots to make the eyes and the mouth of the snowman. After this you take the same color of nailpolish you used on the rest of your fingers. To make the nose I put a dot first and then just 'moved it further' with a nail brush.

Tenslotte moet je de sneeuwvlokken maken. Dit lijkt eigenlijk moeilijker dan het is. Eerst zet je een paar dotjes op je nagels, zoals je op de foto kan zien. Hierna neem je je nailbrush en verbindt je alle dots met de dot in het midden. Hierna breng je nog wat kleine lijntjes aan op de grotere lijnen om de sneeuwvlok te creëeren!
Lastly you have to make the snowflakes. It looks more difficult than it really is. First apply some dots like you see on the picture. Next you take a nailbrush and connect all dots with the center one. After that you apply some little lines on the bigger lines to create the snowflake!

Et voilà, je bent klaar!

And voila you're done!

Ik heb een zwak voor alles wat met kerst te maken heeft, dus dat wil ook zeggen kerst liedjes! Daarom heb ik er een paar opgezocht voor jullie. Natuurlijk zijn dit niet de enige die ik leuk vind! Hopelijke vinden jullie deze alvast leuk.

I'm a sucker for anything Christmas, so that also means Christmas songs! Therefor I looked a couple of songs up for you guys! Ofcourse there are a lot more of them I like! Hope you enjoy them!
